Pros
1- it’s very beautiful and gorgeous
2- very small and useful. If you add folding keyboard with touch pad it’s better than laptop
3– Fast and good performance for MS office, browsing etc.
4- very good value for money
Cons
1- It’s made china product but seller says it’s Indian origin product
2- Heat sink fan is placed at bottom so not suitable for desk use.
3- Body is made of normal plastic so not very sturdy.
4- No built in microphone.

This could a great product for someone. Who just wants a mini pc. Depends on use case.
Ive my m2 mac mini in service centre for little over a week. Dual monitor setup im using, And i wanted something in windows to back me up on my trading. I don’t do gaming at all but ive around 10-15 tabs and a few apps like screen recording obs studio, snipping, automation tools are connected to my pc running 24*7*365 running side by side. Point is im always working on multiple browsers switching back n forth that puts extensive load on processor and also the ram.
Been using 3-5 hours around midnight and it’s only warm without any noticable fan noise. So far it’s meeting my expectation in terms of functionality and job delivery. BUT IM STILL SCARED OF SERVICE FOR THIS THING. Company is Ghost and not sure if anything breaks what happens next. And where do i get it serviced from.
I do hope they have a proper service to back up their great product. Otherwise safe to say that my 30k investment is in wrong/risky hands.
Apart from everything i like about this product I would’ve loved to see a thunderbolt type c even if only 1 of it.
Will keep posted in this thread if any surprises appear.
To this point I’m confused if I’ll use my mac mini when it gets back or will still use this day to day… atleast i can use it headless for automation tasks to go.
But yeah it’s as much excited as my raspberry pi-4b 8gig

As you can see the whole PC is smaller than my Xbox game controller 🤭 ( Not recommended for gaming )
Pros :
1.Small sizer
2.Consumes very less power
3.Best for Media consumptions & light weight servers
4.In built fan for cooling & cpu runs really cool
Cons :
1.Cant replace ram because it is soldered

The product in itself is nice, but their customer support is very bad.
These guys refuse to stick to their replacement policies and are being rude to customers.
So buy at your own risk.
