I gave 3star not because The camera is very nice but i didn’t get the bag with it. Now i have to pay extra for a new bag. Very disappointed with Amazon.

Camera is super. Video and images are crystal clear and auto focus works like magic. Colours are very real and have a lot of options for people who want to experiment. No complaints about camera but Amazon these days is not what it used to be. They didn’t send me the camera bag and when I called Custumer support, they said they will investigate the matter first. They investigate it and found that they actually didn’t send it and then they said only way to correct this issue is to return the item I received and cancel the order and place a fresh order so that they can send me that again and guys, the new order would have cost me 14k extra and I thought it’s better to spend a 1000₹ to buy a new camera bag than placing a new camera order at 14k extra cost. I have been a regular customer at Amazon for almost the entire age of Amazon in India and these kind of errors were not even rare, they never happened. But recent days I have been through such insurances on multiple occasions. So, What Amazon used to say “ Customer is God” , but not anymore.

The media could not be loaded.
Received camera today. Packing was not that great. All the items were put in a plastic bag and tied with tape. There is no complaint about product, pack includes camera, seperate battery charger, lens, lens hood, battery, camera strap, adaptor and cable to charge battery from inside camera. 64 GB Sony memory card. Warranty card etc. I received all the items from seller as mentioned in the product description. I was worried about that because I have seen lots of negative comments stating, this item did not recieve, received old item etc. I don’t want to talk about cam. You can google it.

The product is good. But unexpected happened from such a good seller.
I got the product without the camera bag.
No complaints on camera. But the product description doesn’t meets what we actually get.
I have been reaching to Amazon from day 1 for the bag and they are promising a resolution but even after 20 days there is no resolution.
