Der Kopfhörer macht einen wertigen Eindruck und hat einen guten Klang. Allerdings würde ich mittlerweile in dieser Preisklasse zu einem beyerdynamics oder AudioTechnica greifen.
Nach etwas mehr als einem Jahr und wirklich gelegentliche und sehr pflegliche Nutzung rastet der linke Kopfhörerbügel nicht mehr richtig ein und rutscht daher dauernd runter. Eine Reklamation bei Headtek wurde mit der Antwort abgewiesen, “Statistisch ist es sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass Ihr beschriebener Fehler ohne Fremdeinwirkung auftritt.” Ich glaube, das sagt schon alles über Kundenorientierung bei Headtek.
Ich überlege noch, ob ich mir die Statistik mal zeigen lasse.
Ein guter Klang reicht leider nicht für einen guten Kopfhörer aus. Gute Qualität und guter Service gehören dazu. Besser das Geld in einen Kopfhörer eines angesehenen Herstellers investieren.

Ich hatte eigentlich eine sehr positive Bewertung abgegeben, denn der Klang ist schon klasse, aber nach einem Jahr Benutzung, sieht alles anders aus. Die Qualität der Verarbeitung ist wirklich unterirdisch. Das Ding fällt geradezu auseinander, und nicht erst nach einem Jahr – allerdings wartet das Ding schon darauf, dass die Garantie abgelaufen ist 😉
Erst löst sich das Plastik auf den Polstern, was dazu führt, dass man ständig winzige Partikel dieses Plastiks umherfliegen hat, dann lösen sich die Polster komplett usw usf….

Really great sound experience. Well suited for direct playback from your smartphone.
Over time, your ears might get warm due to the closed design. The accessories included (various cables and a hard case) add to the overall value. I received a spare part directly from the manufacturer quite easily.
However, after a few weeks of use, the artificial leather ear cushions show some cracks already. That’s disappointing.
Update after 6 months of moderate usage:

The cracks in the ear cushions got worse. So I contacted the SoundMAGIC Customer Service. Their response (Quote): “The warranty of the Earpads are 3 months. It seems that your earpads had been out of warranty. You can buy the new earpads for the headphone.”
SoundMAGIC claims in their sales pitch they use the “best matrrials” and that “Vento P55 is replaceable offering flexibility and serviceability making sure this versatile headset will last for a long time.”
My understanding of lasting for a long time is longer than 3 respectively 6 months. I had some noise cancelling earphones von JVC which lasted much, much longer than that.

Langfassung:
Die Kopfhörer von Soundmagic haben vor einem 3/4 Jahr meine Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro abgelöst (weil mich auf Dauer das Spiralkabel nervte).
Ein Klangvergleich zwischen beiden sprach doch deutlich für die Soundmagic – klingen die doch deutlich lebendiger und kraftvoller.
Auf den ersten Blick ist auch die Verarbeitung super: Gehäuse und Bügel aus Metall wirken sehr wertig.
Der Tragekomfort ist allerdings solala: auf Dauer drückt es doch sehr an den Ohrmuscheln und man schwitzt unter den Kopfhörern.
Was jedoch gar nicht geht: Ich habe die Kopfhörer jetzt seit 10 Monaten am PC im Betrieb (ca. 200 Betriebsstunden) und das Kunstleder an den Ohren, als auch am Kopfbügel löst sich auf – man hat also überall schwarze Brösel am Kopf die auch noch jucken. In der Preisklasse geht das gar nicht.
Die Kopfhörer wandern dann jetzt in die Tonne und werden durch AKG K702 ersetzt.
Rico –
Tragekomfort und Qualität der Verarbeitung sind sehr gut. Der Klang ist klar und sauber, man kann mit dem Kopfhörer lange Musik hören. Eine qualitativ gute Muisk-Quelle ist Voraussetzung dafür.
