We have been using this stove for more than 3 years. No issues so far and its easy to clean and operate. Recently bought this same model for my parents and they too are very pleased to have it in their kitchen. Overall a good and stylish glasstop stove from a trusted brand Sunflame.

Seller did not sent the same model as displayed in picture … Knobs panel was flat instead of slanting. Had to replace the nozzle for PNG .. still flame goes off when knob is rotated to lowest level. Once I forget to turn off the gas knob after keeping milk bowl on a lowest flame level on the smallest burner. It was very hard to cleanup the mess as all plates are screwed up.

Within 1 month of buying the knobs are tight and not only that the service centre national number is not responding, the local sunflame dealer arranged local sunflame service centre they are very relactant at attending as because the technicians very unprofessional…they keep on saying that we shall call you before we reach but they did not call or even they do not pick up your call,service centre is not taking any responsibility of communication.
The product is so vulnerable that the defective knobs starts leaking gas from burner even when we managed to keep at off mode..
The whole day is lost upon waiting their response..
The glass tops are immediately becoming hot once you start cooking..very baf sign indeed
The burners become faded in color frequently starts burping sounds..very unauthentic sign indeed
I dont know in the long run how much this product and this poor service quality we have to face..
