I purchased this product for my bedroom.
Outlook is beautiful & useful for taking less space to place at any corner.
But, cooling effect & efficiency is not as per expectation & satisfactory.
Gripping portion of cover at water pouring area is too small to hold & open. This is to be little bit large (to develop at manufacturing end) to hold & open easily.

Goods
1.very good design. It has the height to reach above big cots and width to throw air for all persons (tower coolers dont have enough air outlet width, most are partly closed inside)
2.Good tank capacity to last at least one night
3.Low noise level (all air coolers will produce some noise. We have to live with that)
4.Occupies less space and not very bulky.
Bads
1.Not the best in cooling.
2.Water inlet should have been better. Difficult to fill with mugs.It wont allow ice cubes
3.No ice chamber
4.Power cord is short
5.Not very powerful air through (but enough for bedrooms)
6.Wheels feel weak. Difficult to move even when half full

No it does not meet my expectations the wheel broke down within few days. The air flow is not so good

First of all i received this product after 1 month of order. And The water chamber of this product is not opening. While I tried to call symphony technician phone number provide by the manufacturer. Its saying invalid number. And im not getting any replacement of this item in amazon site. The customer care team is not supporting on this. Really disappointed by amazon
