Cooler is awesome, but trolley has started bending. Please do not buy this, look for metal trolley version of same cooler and buy. Should have given 5 stars, but reduced 2 stars for the plastic trolley.
1 month update: After using the cooler for 1 month, it is super, the cooling is really, really good for the city I live in. It is very hot here.
I said in my previous post that the trolley had started bending, now it has fully bent and has been rendered useless.

The cooler is meant for a large size room like 16/20 feet. But the stand is flimsy cheap plastic ! When we filled the cooler the stand started to bend & tilt !! This is very risky if you have small kids at home. Symphony being a top brand should not resort to such poor quality. The inlet for water in the front is clumsy to open and close, takes some effort. And the outlet to drain out water is placed at the bottom which is cumbersome for elderly people. And there is no provision to open the back shutter easily to clean, if required.
As soon as opened, we found it too big. So without operating it or filling any water, I immediately asked the Amazon service rep for a return or an exchange for the Symphony Jumbo 41 liters. Flatly refused ! So, think before you buy guys. Hope this helps.

Bought the Cooler Assuming that product and service might be good
– On day of delivery had to call customer care for excessive Fan Noise. Convinced by service guy that it pretty much makes so much noise.
– The Cooler stand is made of inferior quality plastic and it sags when the cooler is filled with water.
– Wheels also bend such that moving the cooler after filling becomes almost impossible. You cannot drag the cooler to a water source. You will have to fill in where the cooler is being placed.
– 3 Months into working and water pump is not working any more
– Call Center only responds to new sales related calls and does not respond to service requests
– Been 1 month since i have been trying to get hold of a service person to fix the cooler. Yet to reach a person on the other side of the phone
The cooler is not worth the pain. One you buy it, you are on your own. Recommended for people who have a repair guy next door.
