It’s a value for money product. I just needed a little bit silence in the functioning of the product.

The cooler did not help at a 40 degree celcius temperature in Kolkata during peak summer in May and June. Later, July onwards when the temperature hovered around 33-35, the cooler was slightly more effective.

I saw lot of people crying that the product is not worth , waste of money blah blah. I ordered this a couple of weeks back and using this for a week now. Trust me guys the temperature here is 42 C plus and this still works like charm. If you use ice water the chilling is just amazing, as good as an AC.
Noise level is slightly high but not annoying.
Don’t expect too much from blower as it is a bit smaller. Works well if you keep it straight towards your face though.
I would definitely recommend this for sure. Don’t expect a 6K worth cooler to work like 30-40K worth AC

The product is seems used for a longer period. It has lots of scratches over the body. It was really disappointing.

This product is not worth the price..Its very small, has only one blower, one side cooling pad (backwards) and cools only limited area if you were in front of the blower. If you move just little outside the small blower range, room temperature would be high and you feel the discomfort. You must require regular celing Fan + cooler to get little cooling effect for a small room size of 100 sq. ft. Plastic material of this cooler looks very cheap and not strong at all. Highly dissappointed with this product and would fit for Rs 2000 instead of this price.
I have already tlkd to the customer support about that but he really not giving the wrost solution he told that the item is not returnable..then I said that I don’t want to use the item then he told you have to keep the oder and you can’t return the item….i recommend that please never buy this
