Sensor problem. Got the sensor replaced twice in 15 days. Company hasn’t tested the product correctly. Symphony r the best in the market yet. My recommendation is buy a cooler with any sensor in it.

Worst product and worst seller response. Kindly don’t buy this product. Please make sure to check whether its 3rd part seller while buying product from amazon. I am telling this due to hard painful days I am going throw to return and get refund my money back

The media could not be loaded.
Very average cooling. There is an issue with the timer it gets on automatically and it takes 9-10 restarts to buzz it off.

Very poor customer service from the seller due to the deliver being two weeks late!!! Plus the seller is not willing to discount the delivery charges. The product delivered to me looked like an used product with scratches and scraps. I’m currently waiting for a full refund.

The product features listed on sight are too good. However, the product isn’t upto 30% of the same.
Using this cooler with proper cross ventilation in a small roon of 200 sqft, but it failed in cooling it miserably.

The biggest mistake of my life. There is nothing positive about this product its only jst a month after buying the product and i have registered complaints almost 6-7 times, each day a new problem arises in it.First of all the major problem are the wheels, they detach by its own even while standing and landing me in trouble to hold it and fix it again and again, when i complaint about this to the customer care they told me its an issue in all their coolers if there is a flaw in the design , than the company should stop the production of such producst, and even the pump stopped working in a week or so and the horizontal swing bar are even so rigid and tight that its really difficult to move it and is made up of such a bad plastic that it broke few days back , and now even the cooler is not cooling at all it seems as if i have bought a fan for 10.5k, i really think i have made a wrong decision of buying it, i went on the companys image but now i think i could have bought a better cooler in this price and have wasted a huge amount on this crap. Please dont buy this crap, it will cost you a bomb, a ceiling fan is better than this product.
