Sound quality us good but mic is really poor.. you need to inside a closed room to talk to someone.. slightest noise can also create a difficulty for the person on other side..
Battery is good but sometimes one of the earbud doesn’t get paired..
Syska needs to work on improving this product if they really care about their reputation in new market where they have great competition like boat, noise, fire bolt, mivi etc..

Pros:
Sound quality is good and clear
Cons:
Syska gives only 6 month warranty whereas other brand in same price has 1 yr warranty
Purchased in November last year and charging case isn’t working anymore.
Seems like it is meant to work only for 6 months as syska guarantees.

Sound quality has refined bass and is overall good. But god the touch is messed up, the earphones start switching off alternatively by itself and start by itself too. Weirdest malfunction I’ve ever seen. Such a pity because the sound is actually very good.
Edit: they sent a replacement and as of now, no problems with the replacement. The touch isn’t that compatible in general with the design itself but I think it’s a manageable task so added another star for it.

The price is very low. It’s an Indian product and that’s why I bought it. Only product I found which is made in India. No big issue with the product neither the product quality is super high at my view. Overall a budget product which is made in my motherland.
