After Sales Support is pathetic. Customer care is outsourced to a call centre in Pune, who just respond but never come back. TATA’s being such a big brand, they lost customer trust in water purifiers. Why TATA’s are selling these when they can’t service.

I bought it on May 2015 and I have called the Tata Swach for Installation (as I need to). They told it will be done in 48 hours. But took 5 days. Untill installation is done they haven’t told that I need pre-filter. The guy who installed the product said he doesn’t have the pre-filter. So, I have waited another week to make it working.\n\nThen it worked for a week then started giving trouble. The problem was no purified water came out and wasted 95% of water. I raised a complaint with Tata Swatch Customer care. They told it will be resolved in 48 hours as usual. But no one contacted for 4 days. I keep on calling the Customer care. Then some local vendor called me and said he will come on same day and fix it. It continued for couple of WEEKS and they fixed the problem after 15 days. I was calling the local vendor as well as the Tata Swatch customer care every day at least twice for around 15 days. The person who fixed the problem said the water pressure is high. The person who installed, should check it and adjust the same in the product. After fixing the product it is working fine for last few months. Hope it will continue :)\n\nVery poor after sales service is the only concern I have.\n\nUpdate (23-Feb-2016): Again I had a problem this month. No purified water is coming out from the machine. I called customer care on 1st Feb. After a week the local service guy visited and checked the product and told me that the membrane needs to be changed and it will take couple of days. After two days I started calling the local vendor as well the customer care and a week passed and again a new guy came in to check the product and said membrane is good but PCB is faulty and he will order it on that day and will replace it on 3rd day. After a week and several calls to customer care and local vendor, another new service guy visited with PCB and said the problem is not with PCB, pressure needs to be adjusted. and he corrected the same today. \n\nSee guys how bad their service are … After selling the product, the service is very bad.\n\nChecked with them for AMC, the local guys says there is no option for AMC and customer care said there are couple of plans.\nPlan 1 will cost Rs.1750 which includes 2 free service and one replacement of catridge and to fix faults in membrane and other parts of the product you need to PAY.\nPlan 2 will cost Rs.3500 which includes 3 free service and one replacement of catridge and one replacement of membrane and to fix faults in other parts of the product you need to PAY.\n\nTheir AMC plan is not worthy, as it doesn’t cover all the spare parts of the product.\n\nSo, my final conclusion is if anyone is buying water purifier, make sure AMC is provided in your area and it covers all the spares of the product.\n\nProduct is good but service is very POOR with this product.
