Toshiba Tv which I purchased from Amazon..came in time , nice and good clarity,but no person came for fixing till a week. So we ourselves fixed this LEd tv without anybody s help..no came to check warranty gaurantee card..if anything goes wrong in my tv whom should I call don’t have any person serious no..pls provide this it’s most important one.thanks..shashi Nair

SRI SAI SERVICES,Trichy contacted me within 3 hours of delivery by Amazon. And within next 24 hours, technicians from Sri Sai Service installed TV and explained salient features. And they gave me their numbers for me to call them if I have any doubts.
INTITIAL IMPRESSION OF THIS TOSHIBA TV IS VERY GOOD.
In standard mode, the TV is too Bright, so I reduced the Back light,Contrast and Brightness and increased sharpness!
Now this Toshiba TV has Awesome Picture and Clarity!

TV is good, BUT CAREFUL ABOUT INSTALLATION AGENCY. I purchased this 43 inch TV from Amazon, TV was delivered in morning 9.30 a.m. and I received phone call from the agency and they informed me that the person will come on same day afternoon. As informed the technician came to house and opened the box. But for surprise the wall hanging bracket delivered for a 32 inch TV bracket along with it. When I asked him for solution he said he will write it on the invoice and written whatever received he put his signature written his name on invoice with his mobile number and asked me to contact the Amazon Customer Care and they will send the replacement. But Amazon Customer care informed me to get the copy of the installation agency JOB CARD duly filled by the technician. When I called the technician he informed me that they were not given any Job Card while coming for installation. Then all headache started I went on calling the AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE and also with the installation agency. Amazon informed me that I need to submit the job card copy without which they are helpless. Meanwhile AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE informed me that I can locally purchase a suitable bracket and they will pay only Rs. 500/- if I send them the copy of job card with purchase invoice. But job card was not given so I escalated the problem with the service providing agency and every effort went in vain. After about 10 emails and one person from another brand of TV by Name HISENSE replied to my mail stating that they are the official agency for providing service to Toshiba TV. After mails and phone calls finally HISENSE person informed me that the people who came for installation are not yet all authorized the agency from where the technician came for installation. That too its a free installation. I purchased a suitable bracket for Rs. 750/- on my own cost. BE CAREFUL WHILE BUYING TOSHIBA or HISENSE TV from AMAZON. I HAVE SUFFICIENT PROOF FOR THE EVERY POINT I MADE IN THIS REVIEW. Further action initiated for all stakeholders
