This product is perfect. You just need to figure out right places in the house for the satellites after you install the main router. I used it in 2500sqft house and it is giving very good speed throughout the house.

This is an excellent product and must have for larger homes. I use it in the access point mode but a router mode will provide you with greater flexibility.
