Initially it was working well…unfortunately after the return period was over it started giving problem like it keeps connecting and disconnecting automatically…no idea why. Also, noise cancellation made no difference as it works like any other air buds I have used earlier. I think Boat products are better.

SOUND QUALITY IS OSM PUNCHY BASS, TREBLE AND BASS ARE BALANCED, CALL MIC QUALITY IS GOOD, 0 DISTURBANCE TO OTHERS , ALSO THERE IS A APP SUPPORT (SMART LIFE-SMART LIVING APP ) FOR MUSIC EQ , GAMING MODE, SENSOR OFF ON.
ONE THING I DONT LIKE IS BLUETOOTH CONECTIVITY, AFTER ,1-2 HRS CONTINUESLY USE THE BLUETOOTH GETS DISCONECTED.

It states that the battery capacity of the case is about 38hrs, but as I used and checked thbattery capacity of the case can’t even stand for more than 15hrs. The ear buds can be used continuously for 6-8hrs. The mic quality is awful and worst.

Starting bill quality and sound quality is impressed. But after 20 day the left earbud was face a problem it was not charging imean when i put on case within 1 mins the earbud was fully charged and when i use within 15 seconds it was completely turned off due to low battery. What can i do? Because Return date was over. Now i think i choose wrong product. Totally depressed. First time i buy a earbud with my savings.
I feel very very very bad. Who support me how can i solve this issue. But anyway sound quality is good. Kindly tell me anyone how to replace this product.
