Everything is good, bass is perfect, trebles are good but its written ultra low latency which is not, there is a little delay i think its not for gaming

Everything was good but after 1month of usage his left ear buds automatically discharged even on normal usage of 20-30 min even after charging for n nos. Of hours dont know what to do.
