The cooktop or stove is good. Packaging was also nice. The utensil stay has some chemical smell when we lit the guess. That’s not something I would expect from a gas stove I paid more than 4000 for. Not sure how the customer service is as I have not interacted with them yet. Warranty details needs to be stamped.

After 6 month of use it got broken because of heat. Usha customer care are not repairint it,they give a tag of replacement but none of the usha showroom replacing it beacouse of online purchase.
After complain to National consumer portal and various mail to usha i got replacement of my broken gas to new one.

Delivery ok but under box product damaged
Glass size : 77CM×38CM ( and all area of products written in discreption)
Above 2 photo are 1 st delivery and after replacing product I got good product but only one leg nut missing I purchased from hardware

All the three switche has been broken automatically

Very nice. Gifted this to mom and she is happy. Using this for two years. No issue till now

In terms of space it us good even for big size family.
But when it comes to its burner only one stove works properly and other 2 stoves are not working properly, like when we need to slow down rhe flame it will go off completely which is disappointing. (Review after 1 month if use)

I was using Usha ebony for the last 12 years. Just because of that satisfaction I preferred the new. Within two months, the large burner is not promptly working
