Very happy with the product. Been using it ~ 6-8 weeks now.
1. Much lower noise than other mixers. I dont like to announce to the world when I’m using the mixer in the kitchen and this achieves that. Good!
2. The locking mechanism of the lid ensure that I dont have to hold on tight while the mixer is running.
3. The grinding function (given that its 750W) is good.
4.There are tiny suction cups at the bottom of the machine so that it stays put.
5. Look & Feel: feels sturdy enough. I’m not a big fan of the blue handles but it doesnt bother me overly.
6. Comes with 2 extra blades (which I havent used at all). Havent used the liquidizer much either. But both the main jar & the chutney jar are heavily used and the performance is great.
There is a cable winder on the back of the base unit but I think it could have been better designed but again not something thats a game changer.

I purchased this mixer grinder in june 2017. it was never a peace of mind for this equipment. chutney jar blade had broken when green coriander leaves were grinding.
it makes so noise, called the service engineer he handled it roughly but could not repair it to our satisfaction.

Usha is a good reputed company and since my childhood we use usha products but unfortunately probably my mixer did not pass the quality test or its purchased online so it may be the case that it bye passed the official process before handing over to customer.
its neutral feeling after using it for 3 years or actually 60-70 times

Seems like an excellent product to me, bt m slightly confused as many of the buyers said that it has cums wid two extra blades. However i got only one extra blade n a plastic spatula (refer image 2).
Also m confused about the blades in the two bigger jars. Can somebody check image 1 n tell if the blades r same ir not.
Also tell me about two extra blades that people talked about.
The machine otherwise if very sturdy and the price at which i got it frm Amazon is amazing.

Nice product.i have tried it to paste poppy seeds.It makes it very well.I got the manual which has warranty card at the last page.But the warranty page is not signed and stamped by dealer.Then if any problem arises how do i use warranty card.

The product is excellent.
only the problem in my case is that the rubber gasket of one of the the lids is very loose. It slips out every time the lid is removed and always have to be put back in place. very irritating.
Advantages:
1. Powerful 750 WATT motor with copper winding.
2. Steel jars are excellent in quality. Thick, robust, heavy metal.
3. The base of the jars is also made of metal. Almost all companies provide the base of the jars made of plastic.
4. The lids of all the jars have locks. The lids fit tight on the jars when locks are placed.
Disadvantages:
1. Not so well packaging done by the seller. The plastic rotor under one of the jars was broken when I received the product.
2. Noisy.

nice product i was scared by reading reviews about faulty broken product but the whole product was very well quality without any fault… i odered just two days before… it was a very fast shipping… reached on dhan teras day… i
overall quality of the product is very good…. lets see how long it works well…. just go for it dont look at reviews which show broken pieces they might b 1/100
