Delivered the product ontime , Installation happened the next day of my call to customer care, installation is free, installation happened smoothly and product is functioning well for past two days. If any issues, will update later. The product is too big for a family of 4, I’ll advise to go with 15liters for 4ppls, this just have a knob to control the temperature, if you need digital display of the temp ,plz go for IRIS DG models. In this model the display will show a red and green light for heating.
