I returned due to 15amps which not user friendly..

It’s too complicated for older people to use. Make it simple with one switch, no need for another switch for different temperatures. My parents find it difficult to operate

The media could not be loaded.
Though bit costlier compared to the equivalent products available in the market, the product is best. Performance is also excellent.

Going through other kettles there were complaints related to the quality. This one on the other hand has high quality. It is quite sturdy. 5/5

I had ordered few months back for my house which I have recieved in good condition and performance was good. So I ordered one more for my flat, but recieved in dent condition (as attached in the photo).
As Vgurad is reputed company, they can’t let quality lapses and required to ensure quality and physical condition of product before dispatch.
I had requested amazon for replacement. Hopefullyin a week time I should get replacement.

It required big plug point which is big issue to me. Some different kind of smell and taste felt from heated water. Never felt this with other kettles although got used to it now. Cord length should have been more.
