I had purchase the WAC before anyone has given the review. Just after my purchase , i saw some negative review that kept me worried. But after receiving the product and availing the service, i felt relief.
1. The product was genuine,( but the picture shown in app for 2023 model is different from real product)
2. The installation service was super quick. On the delivery day itself, the installation service came. Although I had to make request to customer care for faster installation.
So far so good, will update review after this session.

We regret this as we bought Ac from Amazon and now no one is coming to install it and service it. We got it installed from outside but AC is not getting started as it is asking for some code to be entered. Now Nor voltas nor Amazon is helping us with this.
Very bad experience and we are stuck.

It’s been around month. It is cost effective I would say, doesn’t consume much units of electricity. Also, not so noisy as others. Good service by Voltas as well.

The media could not be loaded.
This is a great Ac for small rooms. It cools the room in 20 minutes and we have to keep the temperature between 24-26 as it chills very quickly.
Overall, very happy with the purchase.
Thumbs down to Amazon/ voltas installation. Installation guy showed up after a week but was very professional and polite.
