AC is good… But don’t waste your time to wait for voltas engineer to install the ac.. They will make false promises & you have to wait for atleast one week. So call a local guy.. he will charge less and install your AC.

I highly recommend this Air Conditioner as it is value for money and efficient. The Voltas staff had to be chased down (maybe because of high demand during hot summers). However, once the complaint was submitted with Voltas, the product was quickly installed.
You may also like to purchase ‘Microtek EM4170+ Automatic Voltage Stabilizer for AC up to 1.5 ton (170V-270V), Metallic Grey – LED Display, Wall Mounted’ with this air conditioner.

Delivery was very fast and satisfied with Amazon service. But truly disappointed with voltas. No one turned up for installation or Demo later we took the help of local service people. After a week I got a call. They were not even bothered about my review. Just closed it saying issue resolved.

Product is of top quality but i request you all to please do not buy the product from amazon as whatever off and discount you will get, will be gone as the installation charges are 1500 + gst(where as if you buy the product directly from voltas the charges are 500 only) and then the extra material which they use is much higher then the market price. I ended up paying inr 3210, So whatever discount you get from amazon goes into the installation.

The product is not bad at all. But frankly speaking, it’s not a good idea to buy AC from Amazon. They firstly told standard installation was free. After delivery received a message, that the installation will cost 1800/-… The installation team was quick and the overall cost was 3170/-. Even I had to buy the thee pin plug. Don’t be missguided by Amazon.

Don’t by AC from amazon as the product j received was defective initially the copper pipe was missing, i have to purchase that and dint recieved any refund from amazon till date futher the internal unit’s cooling coil was defective and i am waiting till date for a replacement. So it can be said that the sellers listed on amazon sell there defective products here and let the customer suffer don’t by AC From amazon

Good cooling. Remote is very big not convenient to handle. Otherwise excellent product and good installation service
