The package did not include the copper connecting pipes between the outdoor and indoor unit. Had to purchase it from the installation team. Very Disappointing.

The AC was delivered on time with installation in due course. The functioning and cooling is satisfactory. But remote control supplied with AC stopped working after a month without any solid reason. Complaint lodge with Voltas just to know that remote need to be ordered and it is chargable. How it make sense? The remote control was not damaged, it suddenly stopped working. And one can’t operate AC without remote.

The installation is a Hassel!! Most important part is you pay 43k for AC but installation will go upto 4k for the AC. The 1500 Rs the expert installation is good for nothing, it is not being used for installation. It is additional cost on top of the AC.
Plus the voltas service is pathetic. They are like you have bought the AC so now you have to pay for installation.

The media could not be loaded.
Go for another brand as no support from voltas!!! No customer care number is active!!! Feeling cheated. Be aware no return policy. Installation done after long waiting. Faulty Installation done ( not following company guidelines given in owners manual & YouTube). After making 30 to 40 phone calls they installed it. Shame on TATA Brand. Amazon should take care about this.
