Reached in good shape. It was a new brand / model from voltas-beko so I took the plunge and tried it. I wanted a large diameter rotating plate, a 30 second single press start which is great for elderly people, and a knob dial which I find ergonomic instead of hundreds of buttons. A few things though, which are not so clear when buying online. The white control panel looks silver in the pictures online, and I seriously thought I was getting a black/silver combination. White looks cheap in this case. Even the kind of printing ( see picture of stop/cancel button) is not crisply printed. Secondly things like the clock feature should have an inbuilt battery so that it remains during power cuts without you having to repeat setting of time everytime power returns. Lastly, when heating food that releases moisture, a mist actually finds its way in front of the LED display. While it’s not really a problem as the design ensures its between the door and the LED display ( not in the LED display) , it’s a little disconcerting to see that.
Having said the above, it works well and it’s what you expect for 12,500/-….Im happy with it so far. I wish they had a choice of all white models on the market though, black seems to be a trend that doesn’t really work in the kitchen.

Product looks is very premium. Operation of the product is very easy. I made some cookies in it. They were just fantastic. Some of the auto menu make microwave much more easier to operate.
