this product is worth. The price is reasonable to compare other brands. delivery & service vice good.

I purchased this washing machine as it was priced very competitively and due to the trust on Tata Brand. But the problem began immediately after delivery. The Voltas service centre took 7 days to install it citing manpower issue. After installation, when it was tested for the first time, it was found that this washing machine had a sensor issue regarding water level and it would not detect the water being drained out because of which it will stop proceeding further into rinsing or washing and starts beeping an alarm after the water is drained for the 1st time.
The Voltas service centre technician says that Voltas washing machine is new to the market and has lot of quality issues. Majority of the washing machines delivered in his area have had the same issue. I had to raise a return request with Amazon who in turn sent their own technician 2 days after I raised the return request. The technician gave the report that the washing machine is unusable and after 2 days I had to call Amazon again to initiate pickup. The pickup happened in 2 days after this and refund issued 3 days later.
Overall the experience has been pretty bad. It is a shame that a reputed company like Voltas is releasing such defective product to the market with minimal quality controls. Thanks to Amazon for its return service that despite the bad experience and time wastage, there was no monetary loss. I strongly recommend against buying it at least till the product is updated and the water sensor defect is rectified. You can still buy it under Amazon’s guaranteed return service if you have enough spare time at home and no urgent need for washing machine.

Ordered the 7kg fully automatic top-load model and got it delivered in a day. The technician called within hours and got the demo and installation done the same day. Used it twice and it is performing very well. Overall the quality and performance are really good.
Bottle cap is very loose, while shaking water comes out –
It’s good by the price range, just started using for a month, till now no complaints. Weight is low and built quality could have been better. Above average
