Fan rotator is loose can’t set at place

Have purchased air cooler last year and one year yet to be completed. However facing problems sometimes sparking problem and now water pump is not working. Had registered complain and even regular follow up no one is attending call on time. Suggest to go for other product as there is service problem and need to follow up

I am writting this review after using the cooler for a year. The water pump concked just over a year of usage. I made a complaint with the company and i must say that the service is pathetic. The complaint was made on the 28rh of April 2022 and the technician arrived on the 2nd of May after repeated reminders. The water pump which costs RS 120 in the local market costs 2500 with the company….a whopping 250 times more. Loot is an understatement. First you pay a 11k for a company cooler and then she’ll out 25%on a small thing like a water pump that too which is not available with the company and will come in a week’s time. Pathetic is. One should buy a local cooler and use it for a year or two and then throwing it will not hurt as much as this. A thumbs down for this product

It is quite noisy. I am not aware about noise level of other air coolers, so this is not comparative. But some noise reduction would be better.
