Bad experience for the first time with Amazon, tried a product which has no reviews during purchase ..but utterly disappointed. .had trust on Amazon and Amazonchoice products ..but not now after seeing this I have to rethink
There was a defect with swing or fan not sure ..one of them or both we’re not properly fitted resulting in getting contact with fan blades and making it not usable
It should be a simple check before packing it but I think seller knowingly sent us the defect product
Even I could not match Sr no on the bill with the product..both were different..
In this case we are helpless but can do only one thing but to suffer till it get replaced..and not sure whether the next one will be good ..since lost trust on AMAZONCHOICE and PRIME
Spend hell lot of hard earned money and suffer from hell lot of heat

I’ve been using this cooler for about a month now. The noise level is high but it’s not very annoying. You can’t be on office calls with the cooler on in the background as I’ve heard my colleagues complain that my voice is somewhat muffled due to the cooler noise. However, it cools the room pretty fast and the water lasts atleast 6-8 hours if used continuously once the tank is filled completely.
Bottom line: Go for it if you’re looking for a personal cooler or a cooler for a medium sized room.

It’s good and cold Is also good. The best part is amazing delivered a rural areas and I like the vooler and it’s cooling…

Performance was good for 45 days ; then water circulation stopped working. A day later main fan stopped working. Build quality was poor. Over all I won’t recommend the product .
