Remote control was not available in box. Pathetic service provided by Voltas. They install AC after 10 days of delivery.When we opened the box found that remote is not available.
When we call Amazon they told us we shall refund the 1000 /- if you provide the new bill of remote.

my room is 120.5 sq feet. and it does not cool the room instantly , it takes some time around 1/2 -1 hour
( I run at 24deg and low fan speed) . At this temp., it does not give the cool chill feeling but sufficient enough in summer. Noise is low .
I run it from approx 11 pm to 6 AM (7 hour / day) . and energy units were approx 8-9 / day.
1 thing I want to mention that Voltas technician took 1400rs. for installation .
590 rs. is fixed from company and rest – (2.5 meter wire – 300rs. + 3 pin plug 120 rs. + they even charged for plywood – 400 rs. which is fitted around the AC) .
I felt 1400 rs. for window AC installation was a bit costly but they came at 9 PM on my request so I didn’t say much on this.
