android version has many glitches. sound goes on and off and sometimes, turning off power is required to get internet working. \notherwise it’s a great TV \nI guess people should go for the non-android smart version. my friend has one and no problems there. plus there is no HDR support as well

I am been Purchasing online products from Flipcart for the past 5 yrs very happy with the Service. Recently purchased Vu 65 inches Android 4k smart tv ,one of the best TV I had ever seen.I had almost took 3 months to Finalise this TV ,compared all other TV and Vu TV is the best in the 65 inches Model in Terms of Picture quality 100% Sound Quality 100% TV looks 200% gigantic and Very sleek in nature. Hats off to Flipcart for on time Delivery and Installation on same day thanks to Jeeves consumer services Engineer Mr Solomon ( Best Engineer who explained about the Specification and features. Once again Hats off Flipcart and WoW to Vu 65 inches smart Android 4k TV.

Hi All,\n\nJust wanted to update all the buyers who are buying this TV and having issues in running Netflix or other apps i found the solution tested it after a bit of searching , You can run it via Firestick (Amazon Fire TV Stick with Voice Remote) please note it should be with voice or model no this sku202783 for Firestick or above \n\nI had bought 6 vu TV from flipkart this TV is good but none has an idea about its functionality and even the remote voice is not working the jeeves team try to help you but let me tell you, you are on your own use your own brains and dont go what they say\n\nFor all things the answer is we will replace your TV as if some function is not working they have no clue some issues can be resolved without replacement as it is not easy task for the vendor and the genuine buyer to go with the process\n\nIn all TV processing speed is awesome and great buy

I would have rated this product 5* for its quality despite minor SW issues. After 1 week of use I am quite happy with this TV performance but there are few issues and worst support from vu make me rate this TV low. \n\nI will start with BAD: \n\nBAD \n1: Netflix not working, even sideload or any other options I tried are not working. it failed to connect to Netflix servers\n2: you need to hack Amazon prime video to stream video on this tv. app sideloaded form Play store did not work.\n3: USB driver usages is the biggest issue. USB drive is detected but all fils show with size as 0 byte. and no files can be accessed. Only app that works with USB drive is native media player. But that media players is very basic and do not work in most of the movie files i have. I tired all popular file managers or media players none worked with files on USB drivers. Also I tried various type of file systems on these drivers and various sizes as well. no help. VU refused to accept its issue in TV OS but say app issue :-). Do not expect VU to solve any of your problem they are very rude and unprofessional. \n4: Native media player does not support DTS audio files :-). Though TV supports it. and VU customer care says its issue with App not with TV. \n5: After searching in internet I found no information how VU is support to resolve Android OS specific issues or even they planned to. So we are buying what is with TV don’t expect any support from VU once you have it in SW at least. \n6: The other name of this tv is Skyworth 65U2A. same HW and features and OS Just rebranding. Seems they are also not good at after sales and support. \n7: Android tv apps are limited so you need to sideload these apps. This TV does not even come with a file manager app or browser app preinstalled. \n\nGOOD\n1: Very good picture quality. Panel is good\n2: So many Picture setting options to tweak with to achieve optimal viewing experience\n3: Audio is loud and clear. And with DTS surround mode I feel you don’t need a sound bar for basic viewing \n4: HDR is impressive . you need contents to enjoy it. \n\nOverall: HW is good but SW in unpolished and have many bugs. I hope VU listens and improve it in future

Let me start with giving Thumps UP to Flipkart for speedy Delivery and Installation , \n\nPros\n- Price for 65inch UHD licensed Android TV\n- Greta Picture Clarity\n- Faster Android Loading \n- Google assistant\n\nCons\n- No additional Sound Modes \n- No NETFLIX/ Prime Now/ Sony LIV\n- No support for Google Chrome or Firefox browser Internet browsing , Need to explore more to check on other apps

excellent panel and good quality picture ! android Google assistant also available ! excellent value for money ! will not match sony android tv’s but then there’s also a huge price difference ! And given its price it’s worth every penny of it
