Simply superb for the price. Fits perfect. Sound clarity is good. Balanced Bass and Treble. Magnets hold on perfect when not in use around the neck. Am getting 4 hours of usage in full charge. Wish the battery back up was a bit more, not a deal breaker though and not a complain. It’s only a wish 😊 overall value for money and good build quality! Thanks Wayona for the quality product! Please improve the battery.

I would’ve given 4 full stars for the product but i had to add 1 more for the customer service
My set stopped working after 10 months of heavy usage and very next day i called customer service executive and they just asked for the invoice and product picture whether you purposely damaged the product or not and within 48 hrs i got my new set delivered at my home.

High notes and mid range is nice, though I am disappointed with the bass levels. At lower volumes, there is hardly any bass presence, only when you turn up the volume substantially that you get to hear some thumps ! Cheaper earphones have better bass rendition at lower volumes. !

Not worth 1600 bucks.
Pros:-
Sound quality is good (almost a good alternative for a Sony).
Cons:-
-> The center piece is very wrongly placed. Does not come anywhere near the mouth and therefore the audio at the other end is usually faint.
-> The mic has been put on one side of the center piece. It should have been put on end, so that its closer to the mouth and one can speak into it.
Overall, 1600 bucks is a lot of money for a product with so many issues
EDIT: I have not even used this for 2 months. Now I see a strange issue with the Bluetooth connectivity… Keeps connecting, disconnecting and reconnecting back again. Pathetic and unusable now!

As mentioned in earlier reviews the packing is really poor. Box gets damaged during transit though no damage to content or the ge product.
The earphone is comfortable to ear.
The major flaw is its missing voice prompt causing it very difficult to know when the device turns on/off/connected/ incoming calls.
Bass is missing but sound is good.
Expected better quality at its price

I was using this product and was really happy with the sound quality, battery and ease of use, unless one day automatically one ear stopped working and there is now service station or any way you can repair it.
So don’t go for it
