Last one year se working hai best hai product..

 I have been a old Whirlpool AC customer , and their products are sturdy and good at the price offered.
This is also good at price given , first inverter AC for me , so can share energy efficiency later.

Warranty not clearly visible on product details and outer packing , I will clarify for this model it is
1 year comprehensive &
5 year on compressor
whereas compared to other invertor AC in market ,
which have
1 yr comprehensive
5 yrs on PCB
10 yrs on compressor

I have a office in 3 parts (without using convert option in month of July)
Cabin 125 sq ft , cools in 5-7 min
Door open for 2 cabins is 200 ft , no sweating after 15-20 min
Further opened approx 270 sqft closed area , no sweating after 45 -60 min of compressor running .

Installation was timely and smooth ,(for Lucknow location )
Although whirlpool service centre and not too good here as per experience on my past AC complaints.

Overall Good choice of features and quality at this price .

I purchased the AC in Jun-2022, and the installation and demo were good and smooth. The technician visited as per the agreed time. The noise levels have been low on the AC and the outdoor unit is also comparatively quiet. The convertible modes have been a bliss changing the mode to 0.9 Ton seems to work best for me. Overall for the price, AC is decent and does the job well.

Update after 2.5 Months –
After continuous usage of 2.5 Months, started getting errors on the AC screen. Called the whirlpool helpline and they got my ticket registered, although they claim that an engineer will be assigned in 24 hours, I had to wait more than 48 hours for the same. Also after talking to the technician on call he suggested that the internal PCB needs replacement which is not available with them and will take another 4-5 days. The utter frustration is the fact the AC is not more than a quarter old and it has started malfunctioning. Not sure what lies ahead with this AC for me.

Day 7 – service centre has not yet received the part and the service head says he still need few days to confirm the status.

Will keep on updating this as and when time permits.

Day-10 – After continuous follow up the technician showed up with the part and replaced it.

There has been such harassment from this brand that I swear to not buy any other product. And if you are wondering that they fixed it in 10 days though, let me tell you that it was after i raised the consmer court complaint that they rushed into action.

It’s a nice split AC at this price point.. working fine .. got a bill of 1300 approx monthly on routine use of this AC in National capital region..
