Rear metal grill was bend.( Don’t know whether it is design or transit damage)
Glasswool was coming out from front door.
Built Quality is better than Haier but space is less compared to Haier in same price segment

>1 design issue observed that while opening the freezer window ice fouls on window while opening and unable to open the freezer window completely. Everytime i opens it i have to defrost it first then able to open after sometime.
Whirpool must have to provide solution for this issue.
customer care never attends my call that’s y I’m reducing my rating to 3 star for customer service.

I have purchased this fridge 9th April 2021, only 2week back, there is no child in our home, still newly purchased fridge showing black marks everywhere, I complaint for this service engineer was very rude and clicked pictures and said talk to amazon, we will help in this, I request to amazon kindly replace this soon…. And don’t send this kind of rude service engineer who has not even checked, he simply denied to do anything, when I started making vedio of thay guy he was changed still I have small vedio in which he was denied to replce or operate about that back marks.

Ideal for 1 or 2 persons. Looks the same. It’s a small refrigerator. You have to bend more to access.
Its producing more heat. The black colored condenser is already hot after 6 hrs of use.
The length of the wire is short. If it was 10 more inches long then it would be perfect. I bought an extension cord to reach electrical point. Since we can’t connect refrigerator to any extension cord spended an extra 600 rupees. Take care of current rating of extension box (5A is enough)
