Review after using 2months…\n\nI have just went to this product based on the brand name but I have to settle down with high disappointment now..\n\nThis machine is frequently gets heavy vibrations and scary shakes while it spins… Always someone need to monitor the machine ecpecially during the different spin cycles throughout the was until it gets completed..if not, the machine will keep on moving to due to heavy shakes and vibrations and it will get damaged by hitting the wall after sometime if no one is there to control during this situation.\n\nCustomer care support :\n\nI have raised a complaint against this issue. In the first phase some very less experienced has visited and he tried to make me convinced with unacceptable reasons and justifications but he had to agree on my countered points…next phase a senior technician has visited and he checked it thoroughly and he simply said this is a know behaviour and cannot do anything, not even replacement is possible… this is very unacceptable answer that I have received and asked him if there is a defects in this model why it is still being sold with that defect in the market by cheating the customer..No answer from him…\n\nHe decided to and told me that , just for your satisfaction I am going to order few internal spare parts and replace them and Cannot assure that will fix this problem..again this is just for customer satisfaction as the technician is so onfident that it cannot be fixed…\n\n\nI have to wait for next update ..today it is 12th sep, 2020….\n\n\nConclusion, I strongly recommend not to buy this product atleast by considering my case and you may get into same trouble…earlier I have used MarQ 6.5 top load fully automatic, and that performance and smoothness of the product was highly satisfied…Im feeling regret for choosing this worst product from A well reputed brand ‘Whirlpool’.

After 1 year use\nOverall very good product at this price point.i got this 13170/-Rs\nCONS:-\n1:- Taking too much time in washing\n2:- After finished washing not switch off itself,like my old panasonic machine.we need to switch off by pressing button.\n3:- Stops working in low water pressure.\n4.after 1 year suddenly started making very loud noises and started shaking.also stopped working,smoke was coming out from inside\nPRO:-\n1:-Good washing quality and silent operation.\n2:-Looks premium.\nDemo and installation proper and good, executive very polite and knowledgeable.\nNot Recommended ..Plz don’t buy this product.my initial experience was very good but day by day it creates different different problems

Easy to operate machine. Quit effective with the wash. Could have a few more water effecient wash options. Quite good after sales and installation services. Definately worth the money. Best suited for someone who would wash it once in a week or week & half. For someone more regular consider a smaller one. Would recommend the filter along with the machine if you have hard water.

I got this on 13390 on big billion sale,which is quite good deal.on the basis of 4-5 time wash experience I have to say this machine is not noisy ,cleaning level is very good,7.5 kg weight is enough for 4-5 people in house. I just notice during rinse and dry process machine revolve by 270 degree means almost round, so be careful during rinse process otherwise machine hit the wall.this is not very serious problem but be present during the rinse and dry process that’s it.
