It takes longer time to wash the clothes. The time suggested in machine is usually incorrect. I always prefer to wash my clothes with express mood .it usually takes to wash my clothes in 1 hr and sometimes it takes more than 1 hour. But in machine is showing the time 31 mins.\n\nI never have experience with my previous Whirlpool machine.\n\nOverall it’s a average machine. I never recommended to anyone to go with this model of machine.

Very bad product its shaking a lot\nWhile drying the machine fell down from the stand \nEvery time while drying clothes i need to take clothes and arrange them correctly like manual machines\nWaste of money and i didn’t recommend this product and I don’t trust whirlpool any more. Better go with IFB , Samsung or any other brand

Service and design.\nEvery wash you need to adjust the clothes while it starts rinse. Machine will load will be shifted to one side and machine starts tumbling.\nAbout the service if you don’t speak that’s the better.. they don’t have any service team. After 2 months after the request still nobody came for service and request is closed.

Very Nice Product..Worth for the price.. But try to adjust below things \n1) Just make sure that you have enough water supply available at your house because in some modes it takes much high water quantity \n\n2)try to connect your building’s main water supply connection for inlet water instead of connecting our own stored Syntex water connection or else you won’t get high water pressure for inlet water.

100% honest review.\nThe best washing machine in the budget.\n\nPros:\nExpress wash feature – For quick washing.\n12 modes to wash.\nPower dry.\n360 degree motion.\nHas a very bug tub (I bought 7.5 kg model) perfect for a family of 3-4 members!\nLow pressure fill technology.\nNo soap left in clothes after washing.\nSilent operation.\nPower consumption is low.\nU can add clothes later on too, like if u have forgot at the first instance as it it top load. (But at that time, child lock must be off).\nChild lock feature is there too to prevent us from un necessary opening of the lid.\n\n\nCons:\nDaily ones take time like 51 minutes in one wash but you will get used to it.\nNeed to buy the stand of it which the whirlpool service engineer will provide on visit. It is of 1450 rupees.\nBut that stand has a warranty of 2 years and you will get a bill of it too.

Machine takes very long to finish the washing. The time suggested is mostly incorrect. There is no option to not soak. \nSpinning does not really dry the clothes the way my old machine used to. \nThe description never mentioned about built in hot water. Because of hot water you will need a 16amps plug point. \n\nAll is all its just a average machine with good looks.
