The steel body outside – once hot will burn you badly. Also the inside steel is of extremely poor quality. In just one use, there were marks of water and will turn rusty in no time. Recommend Amazon to discontinue this extremely poor quality product from a famed brand Wipro. Also there is no provision to return the product, it can only be replaced. What does a customer replace the item with when the product is so bad. Highly disappointed. Don’t waste your money!

I needed this mostly as we all have habit of drinking warm water early morning. Firstly, it is very easy to use with its one touch open button and after heating it become cordless and easy to pour.It’s double insulated body keeps cool from outside but retains heat for a long time. perfect for travel people also who have a habit like me to drink warm water everyday
