So far the reliable one amongst many, the temperature knob does help in the level of crispiness but one should also keep on checking once a while in the toast. A better way to utilise it best would be to first defrost the breads using the given option and then to toast it up.
Cord length is a bare minimum which may be an issue for some but cleaning is comparatively quite easy with the removable tray

Ordered this toaster. A broken one arrived and was replaced promptly by Amazon. After a month of use, a crack developed at one of the slots in the plastic body. The pop up spring has also weakened. With this quality, it is clear why Wipro cannot be competitive in the consumer durables market.
