I purchased this neckband with lot of expectations. Bluetooth 5.3 does not show results. This neck band can not connect two devises at a time. You have to disconnect and disable blue tooth of mobile to connect it to laptop or desk top. The Battery life is also not so good. Used for about 2 hours and now battery shows 70%. The design is also not good finding on off button is rather difficult. The length also makes it difficult to carry on neck. Overall not impressed with this product. I have purchased candytech goat neckband CT-GOAT-BTNB which works far superior than this wk life model. Candytech is very fast, connects to mobile as well as desktop at a time, auto disconnects desktop when phone call is received. No hanging even if paired to two devices. Unfortunately candytech neckbands are not available now.

What a Great product in this price range super built quality and looks totally premium. Vocals and instruments are pure and clear. The bass is balanced , perfect for listening to music… good product highly recommended.

But from last few days voice are breaking and now microspeaker side stop working
I bought Two Blutooth handfree back to back after checking quality voice and Battery backup.
But now both are failed to work
Not even singal month completed.
