I am not sure if the product is genuine or not. The rotating blade of the processor broke within 4-5 uses. One of the jar always leak stuff when grinding. It does not have a service centre in major city like Indore. I don’t know what to do with the product anymore

The media could not be loaded.

product is ok, working fine but manual and warranty card is missing plz send me the warranty card.

– extremely, extremely, painfully noisy for such a small motor
– the container and mixer need to be held tightly while usage else will make a high pitch grinding noise
– blending chutneys & wet masalas in small quantities is impossible. Requires lots of water
– grinding dry masalas is difficult too. The whole masala in the jar (near the rotating blade) turns to powder in no time, and the upper part of the masala remains intact
– the big jar for making dough was the biggest scam sold. The blade and the jar were impossible to clean after use. Used only once till date
– all jars turn brown and look dull within a month of use
Overall the worst product in the market. Overpriced and pathetic. Had to buy a new product within a year.

Everything works fine except chopper blades after first use stopped working now i can’t return it as I’m living outside india, didn’t received chef guide.
