The headphones overall are very good and Amazon is doing everything possible to assist, however to my the item turned to be a bit of a flop. Within 5 month of use, one of buds died and refuses to charge.
Yamaha is useless. their only solution is exchange at the retailer and amazon is out of stock. Apple will replace the bud, mBeat replaces the buds no issue however Yamaha is not coming to the party. We have a big family and we all use wireless headphone and all have our preferred option so we tried a lot of them.
Thanks to Amazon who offered refund on return immediately, however unfortunately I got these on special and my refund will not get me new earphones. Amazon is wiling to assist again once the item is back in stock but until then we are without earphones and have to wait. I would buy from Amazon again but would think about Yamaha
