No support for installation of the product. Tried calling on 3M toll free no. But no response. Pathetic after sales service from Amazon & 3M to say the least.

Bought this from H&H enterprise after lots of research and careful guidance from Mr Hardeep from 3M. Using it for over 2 months now. Installation was quite easy and simple. Components (IAS140S and pre-filter) are mounted in our kitchen with a stylish faucet. Purifies and supplies water instantly without need of electricity. Water is crystal clear, odour free, and tastes good. Water wastage is 0% unlike other purifiers available in market.
Only concern is higher recurring cost (compared to other products) as cartridge life is only a year and replacement costs around 9k.
Overall, a good and satisfactory buy with no servicing issues so far.
