Very useful when you have to maintain oil temperature. I used it fo Anarase, and karanji करंजी in diwali.
It requires min. 1500 oil or ghee.
Very easy to clean.

Very good product for home .It works well .for me the most concern was thermostat which is working properly.
The only issue is once it get disconnected on set temperature it gets switched on after long time . Suppose it got disconnected on 170
It will be swich on again once temperature will reach to 120
