I bought this product after doing thorough research. But this product gave me huge disappointment me in terms of taste. As technician said water taste would be good after some 1 week of time. But still I can feel the plastic smell in water.Felt like I’m drinking some cough syrup😑\n\nTechnician also didn’t visit for the installation on time and he worked like a bot without much interaction to us. So I’m completely not satisfied with this product and I won’t recommend anyone to buy this product.

I am giving 4 out of 5 just for the product. i have some serious review specially for my friends from small towns or cities. \n1. Company does not provide any support for installation in small towns or cities, i am from assam not from small town yet they couldnt provide any person for installation. \n2. If you arrange some1 for installing ( like i have done ), you will not get 6 months warranty coverage. OOPPZZZZ.. \n\nSolution to deal with such situation:- Take the Technician name and number and mail the same to the official mail id of the company that you have done the installing with the help of local technician because company failed to provide installation team in your area. also mention one important point i.e. Ask company to acknowledge your mail by providing the warranty coverage and if company doesnt reply you within 24 hours then your mail will be-legally considered as acceptence by the company for the warrenty coverage. \n\nAnd thanks to flipkart and delivery team for the safe & proper delivery. \n\nHappy shopping.!!

This is best product and taste are so good filter contain 15 l water with great taste and company gives the some extra parts of filter but TDS meter are absent

I used 20days after the installation aquagrand Epic purify 15liter, The output water after purification shows only TDS 12ppm it is not use to drink water as per government Recommend Above 50 tds ppm is safe to drink water. so I request you to please suggest how to increase tds level of the water, I am also set the 50 Tds But it s coming down to Tds12ppm. Your Tds adjuster also pvc quality is very bad.

It’s been one month I am using this product. Product was delivered little late due to covid but I got installation next day. Purifier is working perfectly water taste as well as filteration is perfect. A good product with this value.
