I needed a general-purpose laptop for light graphic design, web surfing, casual gaming, Netflix, etc.
No heavy graphics card usage and and no video rendering.
So far it’s been fantastic. I will admit the screen isn’t the greatest (a bit dull and not very sharp), but I have it hooked to an external monitor so that isn’t an issue for me.
Works perfectly for what I needed it for and it seems very zippy and responsive.

The laptop is overall fine. However, 4 months after I purchased the laptop is suddenly broke and refused to power back on despite all the usual guides to fix the issue. I tried contacting the seller through amazon, warranty claim on their own website, email, and calling in order to claim the warranty on it and get it either fixed or replaced. I have received no word from any source in over 2 weeks of attempts, the only option is to go straight to the manufacturer. While I know it sometimes takes some time for the seller to respond on a warranty claim, it should not take any longer than a week without even a notification. If you want this laptop, try the manufacturer directly or a different seller, this one is awful.

Nice looking, s lean and powerful. Absolutely love the backlighting of the keyboard. Works well with games as well as online stuff

My screen flashes like it’s taking a few pictures, I called Amazon they said they would contact the seller to help with this issue. The seller contacted me through email walked me through Windows update, I updated the computer to the newest software it didn’t work I contacted them again said it didn’t work, they informed me the could fix it. I felt uneasy about the broken English and said I’d rather return it..
Then I get a message saying return was accepted minus 50.00 dollar restocking fee.. wait what the computer was glitching after 15 days and I have to pay for a restock..Amazon you need to do away this restocking fee…
Sham on Amazon for allowing this, easy money for the seller.
