Blue Star Stella series 8.2 L RO + UV Water Purifier

First of all Bluestar has come out first with trio options which has hot, cold & ambient water setting & it has both RO & UV filters not only that, has 5 stage purification process. But the only con is machine could have been a little user friendly. It has a bit of complicated touch operations which some people may not understand. So if i had to give rating for its user friendly category i can give only two stars. Then the next con is bluestar agents who come for installation should guide us regarding the mechanism but they are not at all aware of the new products launched in the market they explain nothing. They do not understand its functionality and find it complicated. They must be taught about the mechanism of each product whenever their is a new launch. Another con is it should be kept in a flat elevated platform and their should be gap so that more than 1 litre capacity water bottles can be filled. Coming to its pro’s tank capacity is really good. Instant hot water function & cold water is really amazing. No one needs a dispenser hereafter or no need to load the fridge with bottles. Smart cleaning technology once in 4 days is absolutely good for hygiene. Overall a good innovative product from bluestar 👌🏻

Using it for 3 days now. Working as it should. Taste of water is also different than the water purifier we had before. Initial setup takes some time as it takes about an hour to purify and clean teh system. 5 star for the product\n\n2 Star for installation as the service personnel had no clue about the product and just installed the water inlet and outlet saying the product might not work. But it is working as it should.\n\nOnly gripe is it wont dispense water during power outages.\n\nDefinitely recommend.
