After completing the warranty period. Oxide deposit on the indoor unit copper pipe. Need to repair the unit.i suggest please don’t buy carrier.

Very nice AC and cooling my big living room very efficiently. I am posting the review after using for 10 days. Installation also very smooth n nicely done by the assigned vendor. Let’s see after one month the power consumption, I will posty reviews after that too.
They dnt send the plug for AC so once you purchase it before installation get the power plug for the ac. Overall the product is nice..

The installation done well. No idea the unit come with PCB warranty or not, only I can see 10 year compressor and 1 year on product. In most brands offering 5 years on PCB. It is good to know if someone know this information of warranty in PCB? Good performance in cooling.

Right from installation to warranty service, Carrier has deteriorated beyond Imagination. The installion guy insisted on extra charges of Rs 750 and inspite of repeated complaint to Carrier, no guy came for installation for 3 months. When I asked carrier to take back the AC, they sent someone after 1 month and the service provider somehow installed it. Yesterday I recived a sms to get last free service done but today they are saying it will be chargeable. AC was installed in April-May 2022 and before end of 1 year, this is the status of theor service. What happens if any service is needed in future will be known only later.
Don’t buy from them if you don’t want headeach.

Noiseless operation. Powerful blower and fast cooling. Promptly delivered by Amazon. However, initial installation was faulty leading to gas leak. Issue was resolved after a week.

Timely delivered! Brought this AC after a lot of you tubers recommendation .. it’s a must buy product in today’s date… although the noise level claimed by company is approx 40 db I feel it’s much less… the 3 star 1.5T inverter split Ac is just perfect for my needs … hot afternoons we use it for less than 6 hours … so the electricity consumption is optimum !
The new technology senses where you actually sit in the room and directs the airflow towards you… quite amazing to be honest…

First impressions are quite impressive. Looks sleek and noise less, delivery is prompt by Amazon.
Installation – after 2days of delivery, Techinician did the job well (hyd) but need to purchase stand for outdoor unit and extra drain pipe.
Will update after few days of usage.
