This was delivered with a PM 2.5 filter missing on left side – Amazon doesn’t have a spare and Carrier also so we have to wait for someone at service centre to procure it it will take ten days they say (which can be much longer given experience with them till now). Delivery for this item was also done too much in a rush such that they delivered to neighbouring house and it was very hard to bring the item back as service centre also took three days to send people saying it was peak season and they are so busy. Overall not a great experience… every party had some drawback in the matter (Amazon seller given no filter, Amazon delivery bad, Carrier company lacks spare filter, local service centre not having installation team for 3 days) – all this making it a horrible experience for customer sitting in the heat trying to sort this out.
Also remote is not working great – you have to switch it off it doesn’t go off (vent stays open) until you switch on again and hear fan whirring and then switch off again then the vent closes.
After calling service people hundred times just to come install it’s scary to have to follow up again just for this.
Also for filter. And also condensation drops are dripping from outside insulated copper tube since installation day still they haven’t sent people to check it.

Quick cooling and extremely low noise

Ac cools nicely quite a large area. Takes some time to start cooling (the insta cool mode makes more noise but cooling efficiency isn’t that apparent). Haven’t check the consumption yet. Remote is pretty intuitive. Installation experience can be improved, had to pay a lot extra for additional copper tubing.

Excellent in performance but it’s remote control is very outdated.(screen & font is too small in size,display backlight is also very dim. ) But carrier service center given fast installation.
