Ordered this item and got the delivery in time. The troubles started on opening the pack. The seller has send an entirely different model from what is shown in the website. The picture shows one with thermostat and a handle on top of it with black in color. The received product is a different model, white in color, no thermostat, no carrying handle. Contacted customer care. got an apology from them and initiated a return of the product as it is not meeting the requirement.\n\nso buyers please be sure about the specifications before placing order. What is shown in not what is supplied always. The sellers are trying to be smart to sell other models with picture and details of different ite.

Inside fan blades are broken, labelled tested ok, how this item passed by the Quality department. Very poor.\nPick up not initiated after request till date.

Seriously dont buy dis product from RichiRich traders! Got a different product than what was shown. And also,few parts (screws) were like not attached internally, causing a continuous rattling sound.. Such a downer! Disappointing..
