1) Company should provide enough length copper wire to connect indoor with outdoor.
2) Company should also provide adapter with AC. How any electronic device should work without power adapter. ? This all are company cost cutting strategy.
Because of above 2 issues installation cost may rise up to 4k from normal charges.
3) Otherwise AC is good in terms of cooling, noise level and feature provided.

This AC is very power efficient with good cooling capacity. Only thing I disliked is that some fins of outdoor unit were bent/bad shape.

I have bought 1.5 ton. Really great AC, it cools perfectly and I can set a timer to put it off too. I will give five star for the AC.
The installation charges mentioned by Amazon is incorrect, the company charges Rs.1,500/- for installation and Rs.700 for some stand and when I asked Amazon, they are not sure how much they charge. And also if you need extra copper wire, then that there are separate charges, approximately 800 per foot.

Overall AC Performance is Good & suggestion to purchase
But installation team was unprofessional. Too much time taken for installation and improper mounted the condenser on outside.they charging extra Rs300/Feet for copper pipes and Rs50/Feet for electrical cable. Installation price was more as expected.
