It worked for a day when it was installed and when we started it again in a month, it didn’t work. And support persons says that they’ll come in few hours but never comes for more than 10 days. Raised a complaint through Daikin customer care but there is no response even after 3 days.

Cooling is good… even at 25 setting cooling is good in summers. Sound is a bit on higher side but tolerable… Installation people charged 3k which was exorbitant.. and took 5 days time to install… Daikin installation service is pathetic

I though 100 times before i made a choice to proceed with Daikin. now i am enjoying the result. I strongly recommend to go with Daikin. Even though Almost every AC machine cools the room but Daikin has its own way. It cools the room very fast. Noise level is less. switching the mods are super fast. Minimal buttons on Remote which is very clear about functioning.
Simple, Straight, powerful.

Outdoor unit is more noisy when running

The product was delivered to me on May 09,2022 as requested and the installation was scheduled on May 11,2022.
The installation team from Daikin first opened and installed the base of the indoor unit and then opened the outdoor unit in my presence and reported that the ” Installation Kit ” comprising of the following was missing :
1. Gas Pipe
2. Liquid Pipe
3. 4 Core Wire for electrical connection
4. Tie Wraps 6 nos.
I immediately contacted Amazon and explained the situation. Amazon informed me that I should ask the installer to provide the missing parts , complete the installation, mention the items supplied by the installer and the price and that the Job Sheet should mention that the installation kit was missing at the time of opening the sealed Outdoor Unit. All this was done and the relevant documents were sent to Amazon .
I was charged the following amounts by installer for supplying the missing parts :
1. Copper Pipe 3 meters Rs. 2550
2. 4 Core Electric wire 4 meters Rs. 480
3. Drain Pipe 5 meters Rs. 550
I have submitted the documents to Amazon who now tell me that they will only reimburse the cost of the Copper pipe @ Rs. 750/meter. All this was not informed to me on May 11,2022 when I called with my complaint. I asked them to review the recorded conversation when they approved the expense for all the missing parts on May 11, 2022 but are unwilling to do so.
I would request all concerned to be careful while dealing with a similar situation and ask for prior written approvals before incurring expenses . I totally blame Amazon for short changing me. If three items are missing how can you reimburse the cost of only one item ?

The Installation was pretty much delayed but the product is excellent. The noise level of both the indoor and outdoor units is very less. Cools the room quickly also. If you don’t care much about the service of the brand and you want an airconditioner that is quiet and good go for Daikin. Else, you have other brands like Bluestar etc.

Product is good, even after 1 month working fine as expected. Installation was great ad expected by well trained technicians.
