It is a very good Air conditioner offering a great cooling for a medium sized room. But the display was not working on my indoor unit since the beginning. I made a complaint but still waiting to get resolved.

Daikin AC are very good. This one is ok but it has less feature. Installation is Ok and good that within 3 days I got the service during lockdown. But they charge the extra material very costly. ₹ 60 3pin 16A plug they charged ₹100.
As per as the performance of the AC is good but not best when I compare to FTKG model. Overall good.

Delivery took 16 days and installation another 5 days that too had to be re done due to water leakage in indoor unit. Daikin should work on their service partners

There were many negative comments on the installation but it’s good that amazon has already made it clear on the installation charges. Guys nothing is free in this world.
The product was shipped within a day.
Installation took around 2 hours but the work was completed without any issues.
The parts supplied with the air con was used and some shortage of wire or drainage pipe i had to pay money.
Aircon indoor and outdoor unit is silent.
Cooling is good.

Cooling is really fast with very less noise. I also have 2 high end LG ACs. Both required gas change within first 6 months. Therefore in terms of build quality Daikin is better as per my experience. If Daikin service is available near you then nothing better than this. Didn’t check electricity consumption so cannot comment on efficiency.

Awesome product. Made in India. Bought at 29,875/-.loved the fact thta it is real premium one. Zero noise, literally can’t understand when it starts compared to the other Ac I have. Thank you cloudtail and Amazon, Very efficient delivery.
Installation team was expert. Took only 600/- as I did not required Hanging stand.
Only one negative point: temperature is only displayed on remote and not on the Indoor unit And remote is not having backlight as well! But I understood from experts that in all premium AC s it is Like that – strange! It is not so blocking point as well, something nice to have. A Great feature coanda- to flow the air on the upperside not to throw it directly on the body. Overall great experience so far.

Got the product as scheduled. cooling is good and initial feel of the product is good. will give detailed review after some usage.
Only observation is, no display in indoor unit. temperature display is only on remote that too it doesnt have a backlight. so adjusting on night is nightmare.
On the installation, guys turned up as expected. it was 1 day long process since they dint had enough pipes and cables since my flat was on 3rd floor. i think it could be done in 3-4 max if guys were prepared enough.
installation guys were from swapna services. final billing was the best part. they claimed they had to use 12 meters of extra copper pipe for installation, i confronted and asked them to measure and it turned out to be half, which is 6 meters in total. next is, they said copper tube is Rs 750 per meter which is standard. but they said they will change double since there are 2 pipes, in and out. so 1500 per meter. i disagreed and cross checked with other installation guys and confirmed its together 750/meter. then they agreed. also they bloated every cost of every material like wire rs. 150/meter, water tube, 350, stand 1200 (normal 700-900). also they try to fool you however possible to charge extra.
For Guys who choosing Daikin, my recommendation is, choice is good. but be careful on installation guys from swapna Airconditions. watch closely and and dont be fooled. Thanks
