This is my second Daikin AC. I have had good experience with it. But please note unlike other AC companies, you will end up paying approx. Rs1300 which constitutes of Rs. 700 (ex GST) for installation + approx. Rs. 400 (ex GST) for Electric Wire. Yes, that’s right, you need to buy the electric wire and the plug to connect to the socket. If you need more than 3 meter copper tube provided, then you need to buy it by paying additional amount.

1.The AC starts step by step increasing the percentage of capacity and cools nice
2.There was a hole in the outer box while shipping but no damage
3.Indoor unit build quality is not good as Daiking has used thermocal and this connects from backside and placed permanentally not sure how long will it last and not expecting from Daikin such as quality
4.Additional wire from outdoor unit to power control is not provided and Daikin is different from oher AC’s the main supply goes to outdoor unit first so if you keep mains near indoor unit 2 wires are needed which is duplicate.
5. Multiple models in the same category and offline as well.

Donot campire with harpic….. Harpic is a solid product.. –
Works reliably, not too powerful though takes an hour or so to drop the temp by couple of degrees.
In smaller rooms it’s acceptable. In a larger room, it took 4 hours to go from 30C to 25C. Even when setting temp to 18C, it doesn’t really go below 24C overnight.
Fairly reliable though. I’ve not had any problems with it in the time I’ve had it.
