I purchased this for personal use. I went to set up computer which was fairly simple. But, realized that the clock was not working and neither was the volume. I tried everything that the computer told me to do. When that didn’t work I contacted Microsoft and had 2 different technicians try and fix/resolve the issues.
The Microsoft technicians could not. They said it was a hard drive problem and to return the computer. Microsoft sent me an email confirming the issues with this computer. I am returning it. Will buy directly from the company. A lot of frustration and wasted time.

Good for the Internet web browsing, but NOT for editing documents. The wide 10:9 aspect ration display is great for watching videos, but the height is too low for editing an 8 1/2 x 11 document. Plenty of power with the 11gen i3 CPU.

I purchased 2 of these laptops for my office specifically because I wanted Windows 10 and not Windows 11. This one that is listed as supposedly having Windows 10 is $50 higher than the same one with Windows 11. When I set up the first computer, it had Windows 11. I sent the seller a message and shut the computer down for the night. The next morning I see that the seller responded that though the box may say Windows 11, it has been downgraded to Windows 10 and if it is still Windows 11, they can help me downgrade (which is what I already paid $50 extra to be done, now I have to do it myself?). So I power the laptop back up to send the seller a picture of the computer’s system information showing it has Windows 11, and the computer won’t load. It gets as far as the screen wanting my pin to log in and then nothing but a blank black screen. This computer has been out of the box and used a grand total of 1 hour and it is broken. I started it in safe mode and ran a startup repair which failed and said it couldn’t fix my pc. Save your money and stay far away from this seller.
